Before You Send Your Information
Do I need a finished engineering drawing?
No. A section sketch, marked photograph or physical sample can provide a starting point. Include the dimensions and interfaces that cannot change.
What LED strip information should I send?
Share the strip width, component height, intended position and available electrical information. Compatibility is confirmed for the selected strip and profile combination.
How should I show bending and light direction?
Mark the emitting surface and the intended bending plane separately. Light direction does not by itself define how a product may bend.
Can I send a physical sample?
Yes. Contact AlisterTech before shipping so the recipient and delivery details can be confirmed.
What quantity information is useful?
Include the sample requirement and estimated production quantity. Supply terms are confirmed for the selected product and quoted configuration.
