Follow the Shape of Your Installation
Top-bend and side-bend describe the permitted bending plane, not simply the direction in which a product emits light. Share a drawing showing both the curve and the emitting face.

Top-Bend LED Neon Flex
For a project requiring a top-bend format, show the intended curve and the orientation of the light surface. The selected profile must follow that path without twisting.
Include the mounting surface and the tightest curve in your drawing.

Side-Bend LED Neon Flex
For a project requiring a side-bend format, identify the lateral path and the face that remains visible after installation. Select the bending direction together with the assembly details.
Identify corners, transitions and the planned cable exit.

Does LED Neon Flex include the LED strip?
Finished LED Neon Flex includes the LED light source. AlisterTech also supplies empty silicone housings, which are selected separately from the strip. State which product scope you need when requesting a quote.
Can the silicone profile be customized?
Yes. AlisterTech supports custom silicone extrusion from a drawing, sample or installation requirements. Provide the section, strip space and light face, and specify whether you need the empty housing or a finished lighting assembly. The quoted configuration defines the supply scope.
Which model details should I send for a quotation?
Send the full configuration code rather than only the section size. Include the required colour, segment lengths, quantity, installation drawing, controller reference and power-feed positions so the electrical and connection details can be reviewed together.
Does side-emitting mean the product bends sideways?
The emitting face and permitted bending plane are separate selection details. Mark both on your drawing and show the tightest curve. The selected model and route need to be checked together before ordering.
