Production Capability

Built Around the Approved Product Basis

Manufacturing starts after the profile geometry, LED strip fit, light direction and assembly requirements have been reviewed. The production scope is then matched to the agreed sample or drawing basis.

Manufacturing Flow

From Project Information to Production Release

The sequence keeps supplied information, sample feedback and the final production basis connected.

01

Project Review

Drawing, sample, dimensions, LED strip and application details establish the development starting point.

02

Tooling & Sampling

The approved design basis is transferred into tooling and a physical sample for review.

03

Production Setup

Profile direction, assembly details and requested supply format are confirmed for the quoted product.

04

Production & Review

Production proceeds against the confirmed basis with the agreed inspection items checked before release.

Project Preparation

Information That Supports a Clear Manufacturing Review

Share what is available. A drawing is useful, but a physical sample or a clear installation requirement can also provide the starting point.

Manufacturing FAQ

Questions Before Production

What information is needed to start a manufacturing review?

Send the available drawing, section sketch, physical sample or installation requirement. Include target dimensions, LED strip information, application and estimated quantity where possible.

Can standard and custom silicone profiles be supplied?

Yes. AlisterTech supplies standard silicone tube and lighting formats and supports custom profile development. The applicable production route is confirmed after the selected product and requirements are reviewed.

How is LED strip compatibility reviewed?

Provide the strip width, intended position and light direction. Internal fit is reviewed together with the profile geometry and assembly requirement.

Can a sample be reviewed before production?

Yes. Sampling and validation can be included before the production basis is confirmed. Sample scope and timing depend on the selected product and development requirements.

Which supply formats can be quoted?

Cut lengths, continuous lengths, reels and assembled formats can be discussed. The available format is confirmed for the quoted product and application.

What quantity should be included in the request?

State both the sample requirement and estimated production quantity. This helps match the quotation and production review to the intended project scale.
