Send Your Drawing- Artwork and scale
- Provide artwork or a clear sketch with the finished sign size and the lines that will be illuminated.
- Bends and corners
- Identify the tightest curves, changes in direction and any places where separate runs may be needed.
- Mounting and visible face
- Show the backing, fixings, viewing direction and how the lighting will be held without twisting.
- Cable exits and power
- Indicate connection positions, cable routes, power location and control requirements.

- State the viewing distance, intended colour appearance and indoor or outdoor exposure.

Before You Choose
Can the lighting follow every corner in my artwork?
The artwork must be checked against the selected product and its bending limits. Tight corners or changes in plane may need a revised route or separate sections; do not force a profile to match an unsuitable path.
Should I send artwork or installation drawings?
Send both when available. Artwork communicates the visible outline, while dimensions, mounting details and cable positions explain how the light will be installed. A marked-up sketch is also a useful starting point.
Can the same lighting be used indoors and outdoors?
Outdoor use cannot be assumed from appearance. Confirm suitability for the quoted product and the complete mounting and connection arrangement, including exposure and sealing requirements.
How should I show mounting points and cable exits?
Mark the fixing positions, backing material and preferred cable exits on the artwork or installation sketch. Include access behind the sign so the lighting, connections and installation sequence can be reviewed together.
Can I specify a light colour or dimming requirement?
State the required colour appearance and control method when requesting a quote. Availability and compatibility are confirmed for the selected LED product and power or control equipment, rather than assumed for every neon flex format.
