Choose the Side Face and Installation Space
Side-emitting silicone tubes provide an empty channel for a separately selected strip. Their external shape, strip orientation and side light face need to work with the mounting route. Supply the complete strip dimensions, including components and connectors.

Outside dimensions are not internal clearance. B0613 needs an internal section check before a strip width is selected. Voltage, power, CRI, LED density and cutting interval belong to the selected LED strip, not to the empty housing.

Include PCB width, component height, total segment length and the tightest curve. Confirm the permitted bending plane and sample fit without twisting the strip.
Finish and Mount the Ends
Match end caps to the actual section and describe the cable exit, mounting surface and support method. Sealing and environmental suitability depend on the complete selected assembly.

Use a side-facing line where the viewer looks toward the edge of a detail, sign or display. Confirm the tube and strip together in the actual installation before ordering.

Does the silicone tube include LEDs?
No. This page covers an empty silicone housing. Select the LED strip and its electrical configuration separately. If you need a complete powered light, compare Side-Emitting LED Neon Flex.
How do I match a PCB to the tube?
Check internal width and height against the full strip, components and connections. The B2020 reference lists a 10 mm PCB. For B0613, confirm the actual internal section before choosing the strip width.
Is an empty tube a waterproof lighting system?
No system protection rating follows from the housing alone. End connections, sealing, installation and the selected light source must be reviewed together for the intended environment.
Can the section be customized?
Share the outside space, strip dimensions, desired light face and mounting interface. AlisterTech can discuss a custom silicone profile from a drawing, sketch or sample. Tooling and the supplied specification are confirmed before production.
What should I include with a quote request?
Send the profile reference, strip dimensions, installation sketch, viewing direction, lengths and quantity. Include cable exits, mounting parts and environmental conditions. MOQ for silicone tubes starts from 200 m; sample details and shipping are confirmed with the request.
