Is this a 12 V or 24 V product?
The three configurations shown here use DC 24 V. If you need to match a 12 V installation, tell us before ordering so we can discuss a suitable product rather than substituting these configurations.
Can I cut it to the exact length I need?
The listed cutting interval is 50 mm. Send the required segment lengths, including the space for end caps and cable exits, so the assembly can be planned around the cut points.
Can I use it for a tight curve?
Send a sketch showing the tightest curve, light face and mounting route. The 4 × 8 mm outside dimensions alone do not establish the permitted bend radius or bending plane.
What should I send for a custom quotation?
A drawing, installation photo or sample is a useful starting point. Add the light colour, voltage and control details, lengths, quantity and cable-exit position. If some details are undecided, tell us which ones you need help selecting.
